Welcome to the Keck Medicine of USC Community Benefit Grant Request Submission page. We look forward to reviewing your proposal soon. To ensure we have the most current and complete proposal please review the following guidance before beginning your submission request:

• This site is intended to optimize the selection process by guiding you through the proposal process;
• Each form contains help that is designed to assist you in the description of your project;
• You may save your project and work on it again at your earliest convenience before submitting it;
• We recommend proposal submission be as far in advance as possible but a minimum of 120 days before funding distribution is needed and the date of your event, activity or request;
• Reread your project carefully for accuracy and completeness before submitting it. Keep in mind that once your project is submitted, the selection process begins;
• Each project will be reviewed as soon as possible.
